When I searched my self on Google, my profile for Pinterest was in the search results. Also, I found my Track and Field Profile from high school with my times from races on it. I wasn't surprised when I saw my Pinterest profile because I knew that was probably going to show up in the results. However, I was very surprised when I saw my Track and Field results from high school. I never thought they would be posted online for everyone to see.

Approaches to Uploading an Image

You can upload an image to Blogger by two ways. The first way is by uploading the image directly to Blogger. The second way is by embedding an image stored on Flickr. I thought it was really easy to upload an image directly to Blogger. All you have to do is click the picture button and you can browse your files and upload pictures from your own files. I also liked uploading a picture through Flickr, but you have to upload your picture first to Flickr and then to Blogger. In my opinion, it is easier just uploading it to blogger rather than uploading it another place first. The biggest advantage of uploading an image stored on Flickr is that Flickr automatically creates the HTML code for your picture and all you have to do is copy and paste it into the HTML section of your blog.

Company Using Wikis

CORT Business Services, a subsidary of Berkshire Hathaway, began using wikis to help their internal collaboration. Lee Thomas, the vice president of information technology and product development, always had to send emails out to the employees updating them on operational issues and line of business heads. Thanks to wikis he doesn't have to send out emails on a regurarly basis. Instead he can just update his blog and the employees can subscribe to it and get the information from their.
